True Christianity and with Spiritual Depth

A Denunciation of Relativized Christianity

Page 2

Part of the intent of OneLife Ministries is to write about and give spiritual direction on the inner depth much, indeed most, of the Western Church has lost touch with. As is clear from my writings, I am convinced that most faith in the States has become relativized by both conservatives and liberals (no, you fundamentalists, who claim to be spiritually and mentally superior to your extreme opposites, the liberals, do not claim that you yourselves are not culprits in worshipping at the altars of relativism and that your pride in claiming to be the only true Christianity is not itself a deceitful falsehood), suited to our fancies, and lost to the inner geography from which springs a deeply lived life in Christ.

To the extent that this en-cultured "Christianity" warrants identification with Christ Jesus and, thus, true Christianity (which is only defined in relationship to Christ Himself), I leave you to discern. For myself, some persons are concerned with the decline of Christianity in the States, but possibly this decline is a purging necessary to discern relative faith from Christian faith and spiritual depth from religious shallowness. If that is the case, may the decline continue until the purging is complete, and the dust motes of human preference be removed from the absolute claim on our lives of the Source, who speaks the Ineffable Word upon, in, and through us through the luminous rays of the Superessential, Supercelestial Light.

Praised be to the One Father, Source of All,
Praised be to the One Son, Word spoken in All,
Praised be to the One Spirit, Presence for All,
Forever and ever, Eternally, Amen.
