Suchness, Thusness (Buddhist, Tathata): the intrinsic Nature of all phenomena; the one Suchness, or Thusness, that manifests in the varied manifestions, or forms, of Suchness, or Thusness. Through the intrinsic nature of any form, one can experience the Formless, or Nature prior to the forms of Nature.

If you would ask me, "What is going to happen, if I listen to you and let go of this spiritual search, this struggle, this effort to get somewhere spiritually, to make myself someone spiritually?," I cannot tell you. No one can. I can speak in generalities of what will happen, but you will only hear words. I cannot tell you. You must relinquish your demand to know, or you will never let go, you will never know. This is kind of like loving your lover with an open heart to her or him. A man could say to his lover, "Dear, I will open my heart to you fully, once someone tells me what that is going to be like and what will happen." No, then he will never open his heart to her fully. He will only know when he opens his heart fully, without knowing. That is the only way to know what will happen when you release all your spiritual effort to attain something spiritually, even if that attain is to get someone like "God" to attain something for you. And, as long as you are doing this, you are pushing yourself away from yourself by the very effort you keep engaging in. At some point, to know you have to drop into the abyss of Unknowing - and this can seem terrifying to the sense of ego. Then, by dropping, you truly know, not just know about. You see how all your ideas, your theorizing, and what so-called spiritual experts said did not describe what this is like for you. And, what this is like for you, well, who is to say anyone else has the exact same experience? Has anyone proven that any two persons have the precise same experience by surrendering into unconditional love for another person? So, even if someone could tell you what Suchness is for him or her, that does not mean it would tell you what it would be for you. So, see, there are no experts on this.
