A disciple approached his Teacher.
"Teacher, help me to understand God."
"Okay. You must do only one thing."
"What is that, Teacher?"
"Quit wanting to understand God."
A disciple hurried in to see his Teacher.
"Teacher, I am really growing in my understanding of God!"
"How sad."
Another disciple hurried in to see his Teacher.
"Teacher, I'm so confused! I really do not know who God is anymore."
"How fortunate you are, my son, how blessed!"
I flame above the beauty of the fields to signify the earth--the matter from which God made man. I shine in the waters to indicate the soul, for, as water suffuses the whole earth, the soul pervades the whole body. I burn in the sun and moon to denote reason, and the stars are the innumerable words of reason.

Nature is a source of revelation of God, as the Face is the source of many similitudes. Nature, like human persons--who are Nature--, flows from the Being of God, as One flowing forth into all creation. This pouring out, endlessly, is Love.
Nothing is apart from God, for being cannot be outside of Being. And engoded cannot continue apart from Goding. And divinity expresses the Divine. The many rely on the One, not the One on the many.
Can the cloud continue without moisture? Can the fire continue without oxygen? Then, the smile cannot be apart from the Face, the beauty apart from the Eyes, or the song apart from the Voice.
God is the Circle-without-Circumference. In this Circle all live and continue, all reveal the Endless Creativity of the Father of Jesus Christ, through Wisdom, the Spirit of Beauty and Goodness.
